Con altro incredibile show annuale, gli MTV Video Music Awards 2010 sono stati pieni di emozioni mentre venivano premiate le migliori star della musica.

I grandi vincitori nel Teatro Nokia della notte di domenica (12 settembre) tra cui Justin Bieber come Miglior Nuovo Artista, mentre Lady GaGa ha conquistato il premio di Video dell'Anno per "Bad Romance."

Con Chelsea Handler in veste di presentatrice della serata, erano presenti tra gli artisti Eminem e Rihanna, Linkin Park, Usher, Drake, Guidoslitta, Taylor Swift e Kanye West.
